Our Practice Nurse is a highly trained and dedicated, responsible for all Chronic Disease clinics and offer regular reviews of our patients with Diabetes, Hypertension(high blood pressure), Heart Disease, Stroke Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Asthma and COPD. Caroline also keeps up to date with the latest guidelines for these conditions ensuring that our patients get the highest standard of ongoing care and management to help prevent further complications. If you have any of these diseases, you will be contacted annually to attend for the recommended checks for each condition.
The Practice Nurse will also do routine cervical screening (smear tests), contraception advice and follow up, dressings/wound care and vaccinations including travel advice.
Our practice nurse is a Nurse Prescriber and can issue prescriptions for minor illness.

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Our Reception Team offer the provision of a first rate service to patients as a priority.
Our Receptionists provide a very important link for patients with the practice and are your first contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments for the GPs and practice nurse. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries,
CCTV cameras are in operation in the reception area.
